With menstrual underwear, do you use a pad or tampon at the same time?

Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection on their own during menstruation. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it identically to normal underwear. You can also wear underwear for extra protection during menstruation when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

Are menstrual underwear expensive?

How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use we recommend rinsing and/or soaking before washing.
3. Can be hand washed or machine washed with the rest of the laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral detergents. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they can affect absorbency.
6. Do not tumble dry, as this may reduce absorbency.
