Do you wear a pad or tampon with the menstrual underwear?

Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection during menstruation on their own. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it identically to normal underwear. You can also wear the underwear for additional protection during menstruation when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

Are menstrual underwear expensive?

Menstrual underwear are very durable, so their purchase is economical. One pair can last 3-4 years without loss of absorbency. How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, rinse and/or soak before washing.
3. Can be washed by hand or in a washing machine with the rest of the laundry or in a separate wash bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleaching agents, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency.
6. Do not use a tumble dryer, as it may reduce absorbency.
