Do you wear a pad or tampon at the same time with menstrual underwear?

Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection during menstruation by themselves. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it identically to normal underwear. You can also wear the underwear for extra protection during menstruation when you use a tampon or menstrual cup.

How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, we recommend rinsing and/or soaking before washing.
3. Can be hand washed or machine washed with the rest of the laundry or in a separate wash bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature not higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorption quality.
6. Do not use a tumble dryer, as this may reduce absorbency.
