Do you use a pad or tampon at the same time with menstrual underwear?

Menstrual underwear are designed to provide protection on their own during menstruation. There is no need to wear an additional pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it identically to normal underwear. You can also wear the underwear for extra protection during menstruation when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

How to wash and care for the products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, we recommend rinsing and/or soaking before washing.
3. Can be hand-washed or machine-washed with the rest of the laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at no more than 40º.
5. For proper care, use neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleaches, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency.
6. Do not use a clothes dryer, as it can reduce absorbency.
