• Is it worth buying period underwear?

Among women who have switched from pads, tampons or cups to period underwear, the feedback is very positive. Most admit that Masmi panties pass the test even during the first days of a heavy period. You need to remember to change a pad or tampon every 3–4 hours, depending on how heavy your flow is. Period underwear only needs to be changed twice a day. We recommend buying 2 pairs of panties. You wear one while the other clean pair is already waiting for you, but if you want to be sure that you always have a freshly washed pair ready on those days, you can stock up on even more. The optimal number is 3 pairs.

• Do you use pads or tampons together with period underwear?

Menstrual underwear is designed to provide protection during your period all on its own. No need to wear an extra pad, but if you feel more comfortable with a pad, you can use it just like with regular underwear. You can also wear the underwear as extra protection during your period when using a tampon or menstrual cup.

• Are period panties expensive?

Period underwear is highly efficient and durable, so buying it is definitely economical. One pair can last 3–4 years without losing absorbency. How to wash and care for products?

1. Wash before first use.
2. After use, we recommend rinsing and/or allowing to soak before washing.
3. Can be hand or machine washed with the rest of your laundry or in a separate laundry bag (if you prefer).
4. If using a washing machine, wash at a temperature no higher than 40º.
5. For proper care, we recommend using neutral soaps. Do not use chlorine, bleach, fabric softeners, natural oils or Marseille soap, as they may affect absorbency.
6. Do not use a dryer to dry your laundry as this may reduce their absorbency.
